The 4th International Congress on Management of Organizations is an international scientific event that aims to bring together academics, researchers, managers, entrepreneurs, and graduate students working in the fields of management, organization, leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, human resources, strategy, business administration, public administration, and organizational behavior.
The main objective of the congress is to share current theoretical and applied studies in the field of management and organization, to enhance knowledge and experience sharing between academia and the business world, and to contribute to the development of new collaborations among researchers from different disciplines. The congress aims to support scientific knowledge production, encourage young researchers, and discuss new approaches in the field of management.
The main theme of the 4th International Congress on Management of Organizations is:
“Leadership Styles and Models for Generations Y, Z, Alpha and C.”
In today’s organizations where different generations work together, changes in leadership understanding and management approaches are inevitable. Especially digitalization, remote working, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and rapidly changing business environments require managers and leaders to understand the expectations of new generations. Within this congress, topics such as generational differences, leadership models, organizational transformation, digital management, innovation management, and future organizational structures will be discussed.
In our congress, management science is discussed in four main dimensions. This approach is called the “4K Model of Management”:
K1 – Conceptual and Theoretical Perspectives on Management
K2 – Topical Perspectives on Management
K3 – Corporate Perspectives on Management
K4 – Inter-Institutional Perspectives on Management
Our congress is not only a scientific meeting where academic studies are presented, but also a platform aiming to build bridges between academia, business, and public institutions. Full papers, oral presentations, keynote speeches, panels, and special sessions will take place during the congress.
