Building the Management Paradigm of the Future Together

The 2026 Congress on the Management of Organizations is a prestigious academic platform organized with the aim of producing, disseminating, and integrating universal knowledge in the field of management sciences with practice. This congress, which will convene for the fourth time, is not merely an event; it is an intellectual hub where academics, early-career researchers, and business leaders collectively envision and design the organizations of the future.

The rapidly changing technological ecosystem and transforming social structures make it imperative to redefine management processes. Our congress serves as an interdisciplinary bridge for all stakeholders seeking to understand and effectively navigate this wave of transformation.

Message from the Congress Chair

Dear Colleagues, Distinguished Members of the Management of Organizations Community, and Esteemed Representatives of the Business World,

Following three successful congresses, we have reached an exciting stage in the meticulous preparation process that has been underway for nearly two years for our fourth gathering. With this congress, to be held on November 12–14, 2026, we are taking our academic responsibility one step further.

We have determined our main theme as a focal point positioned at the very center of digitalization, globalization, and demographic change: “Leadership Styles and Models for Generations Y, Z, Alpha, and C.”

Today, management is no longer limited to overseeing operational processes. Moving beyond the conventional statement that “every leader is a manager, but not every manager can be a leader,” we believe that leadership qualities must be inherent in the very essence of management. In particular, as Generation Alpha—digitally native and strongly oriented toward autonomy—enters the business world in the near future, it is essential that we begin discussing appropriate leadership models for them today.

We would be delighted to welcome you to this scholarly gathering, which covers a broad spectrum ranging from the conceptual foundations of management to inter-institutional transitions.

The 4K Vision of Management

Our congress is built upon an original academic framework, referred to as the 4K Vision, which examines management through four fundamental dimensions:

K1: Management from a Conceptual and Theoretical Perspective:
An analysis of scientific foundations and emerging management paradigms.

K2: Management from a Topical Perspective:
Current developments in the subfields of management science and their sectoral reflections.

K3: Management from an Institutional Perspective:
Organizational efficiency, culture, and the transformation of internal structures.

K4: Management from the Perspective of Inter-Institutional Transition:
Ecosystem management, network structures, and stakeholder dynamics.

Why Should You Attend?

Academic Depth:
An opportunity to engage first-hand with the latest literature and original research.

Intergenerational Dialogue:
A chance to explore the implications of emerging concepts such as Generations Alpha and C for the business world.

Extensive Networking:
The opportunity to establish strong collaborations with academics and professionals from diverse disciplines.

Applicable Solutions:
Concrete approaches to integrating theoretical knowledge into organizational life.
