Within the scope of the IV. International Congress on Management of Organizations,
submitted papers will be evaluated under four main thematic tracks addressing different dimensions of
management studies. Authors are expected to select the track that best reflects the main focus of their
abstract during the submission process.

Note for Abstract Submission

Authors are expected to select the most appropriate topic area according to the main research problem
of their abstract. For interdisciplinary studies, the dominant conceptual, thematic, institutional or
inter-institutional focus of the paper should be taken into consideration.
