Papers accepted within the scope of the IV. International Congress on Organizational Management will be considered for publication after the completion of the scientific evaluation process. The congress aims to increase the academic visibility of studies produced in the fields of organizational management, leadership, intergenerational interaction, digital transformation, human resources, strategic management, organizational behavior and related disciplines.
Submitted papers will be included in the congress program if they are accepted following the peer-review process and if the authors complete the required registration procedures. Papers presented at the congress may be published in the congress proceedings book or considered within the scope of other publication opportunities in accordance with the principles determined by the publication board.
Proceedings Book
Papers presented at the congress and meeting the publication requirements will be considered for publication in the electronic proceedings book after the congress. Papers to be included in the proceedings book must comply with the writing guidelines, template, academic ethical principles and technical requirements determined by the publication board.
The principles regarding the publication of abstract papers or full papers in the proceedings book will be determined by the organizing committee and proceedings editors. Authors are expected to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the template and submission guidelines announced on the congress website.
Abstract Publication
Accepted papers may be published in abstract format depending on the authors’ preference and the publication schedule. Abstracts should clearly reflect the aim, method, main findings and original contribution of the study.
Abstract manuscripts should include the title, author information, institutional affiliation, keywords and references in accordance with the congress writing guidelines.
Full Paper Publication
Authors may submit their accepted and presented papers as full manuscripts for publication. Full papers should include the theoretical framework, methodology, findings, discussion, conclusion and references in academic integrity.
Publication of full papers is subject to peer-review and editorial evaluation. The publication board may request revisions, formatting corrections or additional explanations from authors when deemed necessary.
Peer Review and Editorial Evaluation
Submissions to the congress are evaluated in terms of scientific relevance, originality, methodological adequacy, academic contribution, writing quality and compatibility with the congress themes. Following peer-review and editorial evaluation, a decision of acceptance, revision or rejection may be given.
Scientific impartiality, confidentiality and academic ethical principles are observed throughout the publication process. The author’s title, institution, country or personal characteristics are not considered determining factors in the evaluation process.
Journal and Special Issue Opportunities
Qualified papers presented at the congress may, where appropriate, be considered for academic journals, special issue files or edited book projects to be developed in cooperation with relevant publication partners. Such publication opportunities are subject to the peer-review, writing, ethics and publication policies of the relevant journals or publishers.
Presentation of a paper at the congress does not guarantee publication in a journal, special issue or edited book. The final publication decision depends on the editorial and peer-review processes of the relevant journal or publishing institution.
Publication Responsibilities of Authors
Authors are responsible for the originality, scientific accuracy, source use and ethical compliance of the manuscripts they submit for publication. The data, analyses, tables, figures and references used in the study must be presented clearly, accurately and in a verifiable manner.
Plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, data falsification, improper authorship, concealment of conflicts of interest or unauthorized use of content from another publication are considered forms of academic malpractice. In such cases, the publication board reserves the right to exclude the paper from evaluation, cancel the acceptance decision or withdraw the published work.
Publication Calendar
The schedule for the proceedings book, full paper submission, revision process and other publication opportunities will be announced on the congress website. Authors are required to follow the updated announcements, submission guidelines and deadlines regularly.
Final Provision
All authors who submit papers to the IV. International Congress on Organizational Management are deemed to have accepted the congress publication principles, publication ethics rules and the technical requirements determined by the proceedings editors. The organizing committee and publication board reserve the right to make necessary decisions regarding the publication process in order to preserve scientific quality and academic ethical standards.
