Purpose of the Congress
The primary purpose of the 2026 Congress on the Management of Organizations is to examine current developments, theoretical debates, and practical examples in the field of management sciences through the lens of intergenerational change.
In particular, the congress aims to analyze the shifting leadership paradigms brought about by the participation of Generations Y, Z, and Alpha in the business world; to develop new strategies within the framework of the “4K Vision of Management” — Conceptual, Topical, Institutional, and Inter-Institutional — in an increasingly digitalized world; and to establish a lasting bridge between academics and business professionals.
Through this congress, we aim to:
scientifically reveal the effects of generational differences on organizational structure and leadership,
discuss the managerial expectations of groups representing the future workforce, particularly Generation Alpha,
and enrich the theoretical knowledge accumulated in the field of management and organization with examples of best practices from the sector.
