Visa Information

Researchers, academics and guests travelling from abroad to attend the IV. International Congress on Organizational Management should check the entry requirements for the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus before travelling.

Visa, passport, identity card entry, transit rules, duration of stay and travel document requirements may vary depending on the participant’s nationality, travel route and current official regulations. Therefore, participants are strongly advised to obtain up-to-date information from official representations, airline companies or authorized institutions before making travel arrangements.

Invitation Letter

Participants whose papers have been accepted or who have completed their registration may request an invitation letter from the congress organizing committee if needed. The invitation letter is issued only to document congress participation.

Please note that an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval. Visa or entry permission decisions are entirely under the authority of the relevant official institutions.

Responsibility of Participants

Visa application procedures, passport validity, transit country regulations, travel insurance, accommodation documents and return tickets are the responsibility of each participant. The congress organizing committee is not responsible for delays, rejections or travel restrictions that may occur during visa or entry procedures.

• Make sure that your passport has sufficient validity.
• If you will transit through another country, review that country’s visa rules separately.
• If you need an invitation letter, submit your request early.
