Accommodation

Participants attending the IV. International Congress on Organizational Management are advised to arrange their accommodation in advance. The congress will be held on 12–14 November 2026 at Girne American University Spectrum Congress Center. Participants are encouraged to consider hotels, apart-hotels, guesthouses and alternative accommodation options in the Kyrenia area.

Recommended Accommodation Area

For ease of access to the congress venue, accommodation options in Kyrenia city center, Karaoğlanoğlu and the area around Girne American University may be suitable for participants. When selecting accommodation, participants should consider distance to the congress venue, transportation options, breakfast, internet access and reservation cancellation policies.

Reservation Recommendations

• Make your accommodation reservation as early as possible.
• Check the distance between the hotel and the congress venue.
• Arrange your check-in and check-out dates according to the congress program.
• Review cancellation and modification conditions before booking.
• Ask whether the hotel provides airport transfer or local transportation support.

Participant Responsibility

Accommodation reservations, payment conditions, cancellation procedures and hotel services are the responsibility of the participants. The congress organizing committee is not responsible for reservation, payment or service-related issues between participants and accommodation providers.
